A huge effort went into this week’s Laethanta Eolaíochta in the hall with great experiments from the children, never mind the mess! Ranganna 3 – 6 had great fun at today’s LEGO workshops. The junior classes will have their chance next week!

Rang 4 are participating in Giraffe Habitat Challenge and had a great visit to Dublin Zoo yesterday.

Rang 5 participated in the Intel Mini Scientist 2019. This project enabled the students to explore science through project based learning. The project was both challenging and interesting.  Organisational, cooperative, investigative and evaluative skills were put to test. A great visit today from Bernie Capraro, research manager at Intel. He spoke to our 5th class pupils about science and the Intel Mini Scientists Competition which the pupils will be entering this year. Míle buíochas Bernie.

Rang 5 enjoyed their visit to the RDS this week to participate in the ESB Science Blast. The received high praise for their project investigating the link between music and your mood, well done to them all and thanks to Múinteoir Maria and Ann for all their work with the class.
